List of qualified trust service providers and qualified trust services
The List of qualified trust service providers and qualified trust services is a key element in building trust with e-marketplace operators by enabling users to determine the qualified status and status history of qualified trust service providers and their services.
The list shall contain at least the information provided in Articles 2 and 5 of the Rulebook on the form and manner of publication of the list of qualified confidential service providers and the list of qualified trust services.
Non-qualified trust service providers, as well as information on the non-qualified trust services they provide can be registered in the list. They should clearly indicate that they are not qualified according to the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification and Trust Services.
Information on other types of trust services as defined by the Law on Electronic Documents, Electronic Identification and Trust Services, can be registered in the list. They should clearly indicate that they are not qualified according to the Regulation (EU) no. 910/2014.
